I was a first time home buyer. I had no trouble with the entire homebuying process. I turned out to be easier than I thought. I'm not saying that I didn't have to do some work, but the whole experience from initial home shopping to selection to getting the loan and the closing was easier than I expected. They answered all my questions and there were no significant problems or delays.
